When you place an order, you’re bound by the terms and conditions as outlined below.
Pricing and Information
Prices displayed are correct at time of entry, and what the law calls an "invitation to treat". You cannot insist that a shop sells you anything at a marked price, whether or not they have made a mistake. Under the law, a retailer is entitled to decide the price they want to charge for goods. If by mistake we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to proceed with the order. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.
In the same way, you don't have to buy goods from anyone, a retailer is under no obligation to sell you anything.
Website Registration
To purchase from our website, you can choose to set up a user account. This is simple to do, allows you to keep track of your purchases, and ensures a positive buying experience.
You will need to enter a valid email address which we can contact you on, and provide a password. We ask you to keep this secure - our team does not have access to see this. If you forget your password, you can reset it.
Delivery
Once an order is placed, and an item has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch email. This will give you your delivery tracking number (where applicable).
If you wish for Express Delivery, we can provide you with the option for an extra fee, please contact us directly to discuss.
Payment Methods
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro and Switch, and Visa Electron. We also accept PayPal. Please ensure your PayPal account is connected to a debit card to prevent any delays shipping your order.
Currency
We display our prices in British Pounds. Converted prices are estimates only and the amount charged to your card may be different from the amount displayed due to currency fluctuations. We only bill in Pounds, and we recommend you use a free-free credit card.
Order Cancellations
An order cancellation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 days for funds to show in your relevant account.
Unwanted Items
If you wish to return any unwanted items that have already been dispatched, you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs. The goods must be returned and received in original condition with original packaging, and fit for resale. You have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products.
Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. For further information, visit our Returns policy.
Discount and Voucher Codes
On occasion, we may offer a discount on your order or certain items using a discount or voucher code. These codes are applicable for online transactions only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. We reserve the right to end or extend these promotions at any time and without notice.
Discount codes are only available to customers, clubs choosing to purchase in bulk. Voucher codes may not be used against wholesale, bulk-purchasing or any resale environment.
Payments
When you place an order with us we charge your card for the value of your order, this is called 'Authorise and Charge' this is common for online retailers.
Special Orders
A special order is one where we order the product from the manufacturer, there are no refunds on special orders. Special orders can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
Import Taxes and Duties
Some countries charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods.
